Working with the Church Commissioners for England, Midpoint will be delivering a new Local Centre in Finberry, Ashford. Anchored by Tesco Express and Busy Bees Nurseries this scheme will provide the much-needed community infrastructure on a new, emerging catchment to the south of Ashford.

Crest Nicholson are delivering the wider residential development that our retail parade will serve. Subject to planning we expect to commence construction in late 2025 for completion mid 2026.
