About this Project
Berryfields is designed to provide more than 3,500 new homes, around two thirds of which are now built and occupied.
We were selected to work with the house-builders’ consortium to design and then develop a mixed-use district centre, forming a local hub with the adjacent Aylesbury Vale Academy and the local primary school.
A development brief for the site was prepared and planning application submitted for a development comprising of a mixture of local shops together with 60 houses and apartments.
The completed retail development was full let before construction was complete. It is anchored by Sainsbury’s, with six smaller units let to a mixture of cafes, restaurants and other general retailers.
