This successful residential development by Persimmon Homes, will ultimately create a new 1,200 home community on the outskirts of Great Yarmouth.
Midpoint Developments worked alongside Persimmon, undertaking discussions with the local authority to help design an effective community hub which we contractually committed to purchase and deliver.
The development of Phase 1 was completed in early 2024, with all units pre-let, anchored by Sainsbury’s and Subway. A pre-letting of Phase 2 for a Starbucks drive-thru has now been concluded, with construction due to commence in early 2025, and complete later the same year.
