Midpoint are delivering a local centre on the almost complete, new residential catchment at Oulton Broad, Lowestoft. Working with Persimmon Homes East Anglia, on our second project with them, Midpoint agreed to purchase this scheme unconditionally, the land having already been specifically allocated for the development of a local centre.
Phase 1 of the scheme will comprise a convenience store (already pre-let to Tesco) plus two smaller shops. There is also additional land for a second phase of development, that will be delivered as demand grows for units in that location.
Subject to planning we expect construction to commence in late 2025 with completion in 2026.
