About this Project
We acquired this small freehold site, opposite the local primary school and at the centre of some 2,500 new homes. Planning permission was achieved for a small, mixed-use development, comprising a ground floor convenience store with four high quality apartments above. The convenience store was let to The Co-operative Group who are now trading very successfully.
