We have a long and successful track record in this sector, deploying a range of skills, from assessing sites, concept design, planning and the development of community retail, leisure and commercial centres. Whilst we have the in-house financial resources to acquire new sites either unconditionally or conditionally, we are equally happy to work in joint venture with landowners to create vibrant developments to maximise the value of their land holdings.
